By registering an account, accessing, or using the Zunbur AI platform (either cloud-hosted or self-hosted), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.
2WhatsApp Cloud API & Messaging Acceptable Use
You agree to adhere strictly to all Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies:
- You may only send WhatsApp messages to recipients who have explicitly consented (opted-in) to receive communications from your business.
- You may not use Zunbur AI to transmit spam, unsolicited promotional blasts, phishing, scams, or illegal materials.
- Marketing template messages initiated by your business must comply with Meta's category guidelines (Utility, Authentication, Marketing).
- Any violation leading to Meta phone number bans or rate limit suspensions is solely the responsibility of the account holder.
3AI Disclaimer & Accuracy
Zunbur AI provides automated AI agents using large language models to assist with customer replies, product inquiries, and appointment bookings. While our platform includes guardrail enforcement, AI responses are generated algorithmically and may occasionally produce imperfect or outdated information. Business owners are responsible for reviewing their AI agent instructions, knowledge bases, and product pricing.
4Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API tokens. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
5Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zunbur AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from platform downtime, Meta API disruptions, or automated agent responses.
